Samplify reserves the right to only send Sample boxes to a selection of our subscriber list. This will be based on a subscriber’s preferences matching the brands that are being sampled that month. Therefore, not all subscribers will receive a box every month. We also reserve the right to only send samples to some subscribers should the total number of samples provided not meet the total number of boxes.

Subscribers agree and consent to Samplify reusing and republishing on its social media platforms, social media images or videos posted by subscribers that are related to the promotion.

Samplify is only open to ROI residents who are aged 18 and over.

Only subscribers who opt in to receive alcohol will receive alcoholic products.

There is no cost to the Samplify consumer. There are no postage or delivery fees.

It is the participants responsibility to ensure they check the product ingredients for allergens before you sample them. Samplify will NOT be held responsible for any breach of these instructions.

There is a limit of one box per person/email address. Any evidence of abuse in this manner will lead to the customers being omitted from future mailing.

Limited to two boxes per Eircode. We reserve the right to change this stipulation at any stage.

Samplify will not be held accountable for any boxes lost, stolen, or broken or for any undelivered boxes whatsoever.

Once the package has been sent, it is up to the named person to be there to receive it.

All imagery and logos on our website and social media pages, may not be copied or used by 3rd parties for any reason whatsoever without our permission.

We cannot be held accountable for any information or offers on any 3rd party websites, links, or social media pages that we have no ownership of.

If you wish to change your address on our system, you must email your request to hello@Samplify.ie  For us to make this change you will need to supply your old address and your new address, for verification purposes. Please ensure both addresses have Eircodes.
